SUMMARY


Responsible for administrative office functions including budgeting, leases, mail, reception and other assigned support services. Controls and coordinates office furniture and equipment purchases and manages existing inventory. Supervises purchase and upkeep of office supplies, copiers, printers and printing needs. Administers annual budget, including approval of invoices. Manages receptionist, office services, mail and receiving areas. Responsible for travel management/coordination, parking administration as well as vending/catering.

  • G& A Procurement
  • Mailing and Express Package Services
  • Reprographics and System Printing Services
  • MFP Printer Management (Savins)
  • Telephone Console Supervision
  • Travel Management, Parking Administration & Vending/Catering
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree preferred with a minimum of 5 - 8 years' directly-related or closely-relevant experience.
 
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

Lean Six Sigma Preferred (Green or Black Belt)
