Administrative Support - Multiple Locations

About This Job: Our ideal candidate will provide support for a variety of administrative functions for our customers, management and employees working in the field.
Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
·         Serving as a central point of contact to facilitate office communication
·         Attending office meetings
·         Performing data entry of work tickets in SAP
·         Dispatching loads to Drivers
·         Administering employee time entries and other related paperwork
·         Assisting Warehouse Manager with inventory operations
·         Assisting with HS&E (safety) compliance
·         Performing office tasks such as filing, maintaining records, processing transactions and other similar duties
·         Preparing reports, presentations or correspondence
·         Handling other duties as assigned
Essential Qualifications/Requirements:
·         Highly proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
·         Ability to multi-task and excellent time management skills
·         Prefer enthusiastic, self-motivated people with a desire to learn and help others
·         Commitment to customer service and ability to work in team-oriented environment
·         Successful track record of problem solving and working closely with senior management
·         Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to work with ambiguity and change
·         Must be a team player and provide support to multiple departments within the organization
·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications/Requirements:
·         High school diploma or equivalent, Associate's Degree preferred
·         2-5+ years of office administration experience
·         Office supervisory experience highly desired
·         Strong knowledge of MS Excel for reporting is highly desired
·         Experience with SAP is a huge plus
Other Details:
Requires 15% travel, overnight travel is expected
