Business Development Representative (13201)

This position will be working to bring new Gulfstar business to the Gulf coast.  The candidate should possess a comprehensive knowledge of midstream marketing practices as well as technical experience in offshore engineering and construction and should have some exposure to oil and gas exploration and production.  The candidate must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, team leadership skills, be highly motivated and be able to work with a limited amount of direct supervision.  The candidate should have existing customer contacts and networks which can be levered in the marketing of future Gulfstars.

Responsibilites:

Identify and develop business opportunities for potential Gulfstar applications.

Develop and maintain good business relationships with customers, contractors and suppliers.

Negotiate and write standard and non-standard agreements.

Act as liaison with Williams internal departments including Legal, Technical Services, Operations, Accounting, Tax, Communications and others.

Participate in the formulation of budgets and estimates.

Participatge in Gulfstar recognition events such as industry conferences, technical seminars and customer social events.

Participae in product refinement of future Gulfstars.

Salary will be commensurate with experience.
