Job Title: Central Records Manager
Department: Administrative

SUMMARY


Responsible for the corporate records management program.  Responsible for efficient management of all company records including file standardization, records cataloging, data storage,
records processing, check-in, check-out procedures, electronic transmission, records safeguarding, records retention and records document destruction.  Develops company records-related process and employee workflow manuals. Develops records inventory, database and quality control measures. Responsible for training and development related to records and document management.
 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Administer Microsoft SharePoint System and maintain Legal Hold capabilities
  • Coordinate with departments all documents for electronic scanning
  • Develop and Maintain Corporate Business Continuity Plan (BCP, DR, BRP)
  • Coordinate Wellness Center Operations
  • Manage the Project Management functions
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's Degree preferred and 5-8 years' directly-related or closely-relevant experience.
 
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

Lean Six Sigma Preferred (Green or Black Belt)
