Summary

A Customer Service Representative (CSR) will be responsible for managing daily customer relationships in the performance of service to customers by carrying out a variety of assigned duties. This position has a schedule working 12 hour shifts for 5 days on 2 days off, and then 5 days on 3 days off. 

 

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Maintain the customer requirements data in TMW customer file maintenance and the TMW order entry system.
  • Identify customer information required on each order and ensure expectations are placed in each order for reference by Load Planners and Service Managers to allow for proper service to be provided to customers.
  • Monitor and update, as required, the TMW Inventory Services data to keep the information fresh for the load forecasting system.
  • Will serve as a primary daily contact for customers calling in orders.
  • Use independent judgment in determining when orders need to be entered for all production services provided on well sites for the transportation of crude oil or production water.
  • Coordinate with Load Planners to determine load requirements pertaining to timing and customer expectations for service.
  • Enter orders into the TMW computer system in accordance with company processes and procedures to ensure timely and accurate service to our customers.
  • Coordinate with customers the startup and shut down process and checklists for Drilling Rig moves, Frac Operations and Flowback Operations.

  • Report to customers on routine delays or service issues.
  • Answer customer's routine questions on ongoing dispatch operation services.
  • Ensure all customer requirements are met for information required on all orders in order to provide accurate and seamless invoicing.

 

Required Skills

  • Must have the ability to be trained on the company TMW operating system.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. 
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. 
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
  • Must have Strong Computer Skills, must have knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software along with basic keyboarding skills.
  • One to two years of oilfield related experience preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to work weekends.
  • Must have strong problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Must have organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Transportation and Logistics and/or customer service experience preferred.
  • Must be able to work in a team environment.
  • Must be able to perform the essential functions in a fast paced and high stress environment.
  • Must possess exceptional customer service skills and the ability to work with current and potential customers, both internal and external.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
