Field Office Adminstrator III (16521)

Responsibilities:

 

Provides field office administrative support for the Gulf Olefins Petrochemical & Feedstock Pipelines located at Channelview, Texas. Provide functional support for field office operations and maintenance departments by performing duties such as processing and coding invoices for approval and payment, monthly O&M and captial budget forecast data entry, project support documentation, maintain employee and compliace records and other pertinent files, enter and submit expense reports, make travel arrangments, respond to inquiries from internal/external customers, composes and types correspondence and vairous reports and assist with preparing presentation.

 

Qualifications:

 

-Associate Degree preferred. 

 

-Must have excellent time management skills; be well organized and have the ability to multi-task and prioritize. Excellent written and oral communications skills are required.  Storng interpersonal skills, customer service and problem solving skills, and the ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees is also a requiremnt. Individual must also be able to make decisions quickly drawing on past experiences, wisdom and sound judgment.   Additionally, must possess a willingness to learn new skills.  Requires proficiency in PC applications, including all Microsoft Office applications including PowerPoint.
