Marathon is currently seeking a part-time file clerk in our Oklahoma City, OK office.  The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating records for various departments within the office, following company processes with regards to file maintenance and will also serve as back-up receptionists.    

Responsibilities:
  • Enter records information into Marathon’s internal records management system, through internal training become proficient in the records management system.
  • Arrange for file shipments of storage facility as necessary.
  • Work closely with corporate office information management group to ensure accuracy and compliance with regards to records retention.
  • Coordinate records retention needs with various departments located within the Oklahoma City office, as well as coordinating records that arrive from field offices across Oklahoma. 
  • Serves as back-up receptionists, meeting and greeting customers, handling package delivery, etc.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 2+ years familiarity with records retention systems, preferred.
  • Ability to work three (8) eight hour days per week (position could expand to full time depending up on-going needs of organization). 
  • Ability to keep organizational information confidential.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite of products (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Ability to pack, lift and occasionally carry boxes weighing approximately 35 pounds.
  • Ability to schedule, prioritize and organize work.
  • Ability to work independently.
