Summary

Safety Administrators assist in the maintaining training certificates, behavior based safety (BBS) reporting, and additional responsibilities as assigned.

 

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Conduct monthly reviews

Check Driver's tabs-tracking Driver's that are out of or close to being out of drive time

Attend safety meetings as required

Issue, document and order PPE as needed

Maintain all correspondence whether by phone, email or in person in a professional, cheerful and courteous manner

Take a proactive approach to Company's behavior based safety program

Maintain employee training files

PRC Data entry

Required Skills

Excellent organizational skills.

Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office suite with strong excel skills.

Comfortable with public speaking.

Must be detail oriented.

Must have the ability to adapt to change.

Work schedule is 5 days on 2 days off.

Must be able to work in a team environment.

Must be able to perform the essential functions in a fast paced and high stress environment.

Must possess exceptional customer service skills and the ability to work with current and potential customers, both internal and external.

High School diploma, GED or Equivalent
