An Operations Technician is required to help operate, maintain, and optimize one of the largest natural gas processing facilities in North America. The successful candidate will be a member of a workforce supporting five cryogenic gas processing plants containing natural gas liquid recovery and treating systems, a fractionation train, turbine compression equipment, product storage and shipping facilities.

The successful candidate will be a great TEAM player working with co-workers in a team setting. Depending on the background and experience of the applicant, this position has been posted to consider entry level through highly qualified applicants.

Individuals will have the opportunity to troubleshoot, operate and maintain equipment like: glycol dehydrators, cryogenic processing equipment, amine treating equipment, fired heaters, turbines, pumps, engines, and compressors.

Williams is seeking individuals who possess skills in some of the following areas: electrical switchgear, instrumentation, measurement, motor controls, control loops, Distributive Control Systems, Allen Bradley PLCs, AC electrical systems and DC electrical systems.


Williams is seeking individuals who possess skills in some of the following areas: mechanical aptitude, maintenance activities, and experience with high pressure gas systems, gas-plant operations, gas compression, liquid handling or gas gathering.

* Shift work and plant operations.
* Excellent verbal and written communications skills
* Computer skills to include Microsoft applications and ability to learn Williams' maintenance management system
* Associates' Degree, Technical Certificate, or two years of related field experience is preferred.
* Individuals shall embrace Safety and Environmental compliance as a number one priority

Vo-tech certificate or an Associates degree in electronics or related field; or work

related experience is desired.
