SUMMARY

 
Provide clerical & administrative support to the Land Department. Set up lease files, scan documents, update the agreements database, provide filing support, administer the activities and projects associated with efficient filing methods and file room maintenance and provide clerical and administrative support in other areas of the Department as needed.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following plus various other duties that from time to time may be assigned: 
  • Build new lease and agreement files
  • Scan and copy the necessary documents and maintain the control process from file set up through approval
  • Input and maintain the integrity of data in the agreements database
  • Administer the activities and projects associated with efficient filing methods and controls for active and archive files and file room maintenance
  • Scan documents as required on an individual or project basis and provide filing support for the division order department
  • Provide support for other Land Department activities as required
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

High school graduate and two (2) years related experience. General computer expertise is required with substantial word processing and spreadsheet experience. Must be attentive detail with good organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.
