Summary

The Operations Admin will provide a variety of high, mid and low level operational support to the leadership team.

 

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Maintain databases and excel spreadsheets for Operational compliance in the areas of HSE, Training, and QC.
  • Create presentations from data for customers and senior management.
  • File, scan and organize records.
  • Take responsibility for basic office duties including mail, organizing, logging, field reports, payroll, billing and upkeep of records.
  • Support operations in successful implementation of On the Job Training projects.
  • Schedule and manage all outside customer training.
  • Assist Operations in scheduling employees for recertification classes.
  • Assist in the development and distribution of Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Create all safety meeting information and distribute to Operations.
  • Maintain DOT logs per FMCSA.

 

Required Skills

  • Must have strong Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office and document creation software such as Adobe Acrobat.
  • Must have knowledge of document imaging/scanning hardware and software.
  • Ability to cross train in other software programs.
  • Must have strong communication skills; both oral and written
  • Ability to multitask and adjust to changing deadlines.
  • Must be able to work in a team environment.
  • Must be able to perform the essential functions in a fast paced and high stress environment.
  • Must possess exceptional customer service skills and the ability to work with current and potential customers, both internal and external.

Education

High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
