Provide leadership and direction for the operations and maintenance activities associated with liquids petrochemical feedstock pipelines located in and around the Houston Ship Channel and Mont Belvieu, Texas extending as far East as Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Individual must have a minimum of 10 years combined pipeline operations and maintenance leadership experience including pipeline safety; product characteristics; damage prevention; mass measurement; line balancing (gain/loss); general I&E equipment; and 49 CFR, Part 195 regulatory compliance knowledge. This individual is expected to interface and work closely with internal and external customer peers on a regular basis and will be responsible for preparing and managing an annual budget, establishing annual department goals, conducting employee performance evaluations, along with the formal proactive planning and oversight of all aspects of both routine and non-routine O&M activities consistent with Company policy and regulatory compliance. 




Associate Degree preferred. 


Must have excellent time management skills; be well organized and have the ability to multi-task and prioritize. Excellent written and oral communications skills are required.  Strong interpersonal skills, customer service and problem solving skills, and the ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees is also a requirement. Individual must also be able to make decisions quickly drawing on past experiences, wisdom and sound judgment.   Additionally, must possess a willingness to learn new skills.  Requires proficiency in PC applications, including all Microsoft Office applications and Maximo.


This position will be filled at a level commensurate with the skills, experience and qualifications of the candidate.
