This position will be part of the Sage Brush gas processing plant operations group.

 

Primary duties will include but are not limited to:

 

The position will work independently under minimal supervision; work on rotating operational shifts; regularly performs a wide spectrum of non-routine, moderate to high-complexity assignments requiring technical evaluation, innovation and judgment.  Uses knowledge and experience to solve moderate to high-complexity problems; will have experience or skills in some or many of the following areas: instrumentation, measurement, controls, electrical, electronics, mechanical maintenance, gas compressions, or gas-plant operations; maintaining gathering facilities, performing maintenance and repairs on, dehydration equipment, amine units, measurement equipment, pipeline equipment and right-of-ways, and all administrative functions associated with these duties.

 

 Be able to apply fundamental economic evaluations and to present recommendations; maintain confidentialities; Demonstrates professional conduct and business ethics; consistently demonstrates proficiency in , teamwork, interpersonal, communication and mentoring skills; and readily identifies and promptly acts upon or efficiently organizes any efforts needed to address safety and operational efficiencies, and protection of community, personnel, environment and assets.

Qualifications:

(1)   Knowledge of natural gas equipment including: pumps, engines, compressors, piping systems, measurement devices, dehydration equipment, and amine units.

(2)   Previous experience with wellhead gas production equipment, gathering facilities, dehydration equipment, amine units, measurement equipment, compression, pumps, and pipeline equipment is preferred.

(3)   Position requires extensive driving. 

(4)   Good driving record and ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds unassisted required.

(5)   Must be available for some overtime during nights, weekends and holidays, and have the ability to work under limited supervision.

(6)   Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with William's employees, contractors and landowners.

(7)   Work with area team to develop best practices.

(8)   Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.

(9)   Good computer skills with Microsoft Word and Excel would be desirable.

(10) The position will be filled at the level of the candidates' qualification.

(11) One to two years relevant gas well production experience preferred.

 

This positions requires rotating shift work and plant operations. Requires excellent verbal and written communications skills. The successful candidate will be a true team player.  

 

High School Diploma required.  VoTech certificate, Associates degree and/or two to three years oil and gas processing plant experience is preferred
