Description · Assist in assessing, developing, analyzing, and performing SWOT evaluations and subsequent action plans of projects to effectively mitigate ONRR and BLM regulatory risks for Measurement Services.

· Perform assigned tasks to address federal, state or other third party audit requests and interrogatories.

· Participate in the performance of audits on non-operated or other third party volumes.

· Contribute in establishing and maintaining regular and effective communication with Operations, Accounting, Gas Management, Engineering, Asset Teams, other technical support teams, and various measurement functional teams to help verify that measurement information is used and or applied properly.

· Assist in documenting audit standards, risk and control assessments, fraud detection and prevention, forensic analysis and compliance to regulatory, EHS, legal, or other mandatory requirements for Measurement Services.

· Partner with Manager, Team Leaders, Sr Management, Measurement Department personnel and other stakeholders to perform and facilitate implementation of long- and short-term quality assurance projects or other risk-mitigation obligations.

· Partner with the various measurement teams, individual personnel and other stakeholders throughout WPX to ensure complete, accurate, and industry standard compliant measurement procedures and processes exist, are documented, implemented, retained, and communicated for effective knowledge management.

· Participate in maintaining an audit plan for measurement process and procedures.
Requirements A Business or Accounting degree with audit and/or measurement related experience desired. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Candidate must have an ability to work in a fast paced environment with multiple priorities. Candidate must have excellent PC skills with knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Candidate must be able to assist in implementing tests and maintain process maps and procedure records. Excellent oral and written communication skills, problem solving, decision-making, and interpersonal skills are desired. Minimum 2-4 years experience
