MBI Energy Services is seeking a full time Regulatory Administrator to prepare and submit regulatory notices and federal updates to Oil and Gas department.


  • Ability to perform special projects with minimal supervision.
  • Coordinate project/priorities for approval and provide notifications.
  • Train other employees on regulations when needed.
  • Work with local, state and federal agencies to obtain updated information.


Education: High school diploma or GED.

Required Skills

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, preferred knowledge in Excel program.
  • Knowledge of Oil and Gas industry.
  • Knowledge of current state/federal laws and regulations.
  • Must be accurate, focused and adaptable to change.
  • Meet deadlines and provide reports with precision.

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Compensation: Depends on experience.
