MBI Energy Services is seeking a full-time
Waste Management/ConstructionLead to oversee, maintain and complete
projects concerning all aspects of construction operations and facility
installations for MBI Energy Service locations within North Dakota.
Directs development activities with a focus on service quality and cost effectiveness.
Responsible for performance, production measurement, training and managed personnel.
Assigns work to contractors and monitors results. Review cost estimates and determines effectiveness.
Responsible for safety implementation and quality of all functions under their leadership.
Oversee and maintain daily operations, HSE adherence, inspection and service quality.
Education: High school education or GED
3 years of oil field experience preferred
Strong communication skills
Facility construction experience
Schedule: Monday - Friday, flexible on weekends.

Compensation: Depends on experience.
